I wanted to find that manga for years now and im still searching:
Its a yaoi, two stepbrothers, manga (MAYBE an omergaverse)

There is a few scene i do remember: When the uke(black haired office worker) gave the seme(blond playboy) a soccer keychain when they were kids.

If i remember correctly there was a scene with a cake(not sure)

And i scene where seme sees uke and hide himself(?) behind a door a blush(not sure either)
