They’re fixing the list issue manually with a small team, and these are lists going back to over ten years ago for many, many members. So yeah, lists will take a while to come back.

don't worry, ppl whose acc were made in 2014 and 2015, as in earlier years, slowly got their reads back.
Currently users who added stuff before July 2021 are getting their reads back.

so yeahh it'll take quite some time but you'll get them back.
