its a chinese thing, and somewhat its true, but it doesn't mean its absolute, like how when someone hand have holes in them when they press the fingers together, it said that every money you get will pass through or your prone to lose money, so to counter that its best to work on investments rather then creating a huge amount of savings
its just a sign really or a guide for others to decide better, its similar to horoscopes or zodiac signs

Yes you can read a person on the way she carries themselves through body language or speech pattern, no you can't assume a person is successful or poor just because their forehead is wide or the nose it pointy. Genetics decided the shape of a face and not their achievements. Or does my jaw suddenly become more prominent if I hit the jackpot and become rich and successful? No. But my body language might change because I'm more confident
