The two guys are in a school for magic. Students get paired by their match percentage, because those who match well can help replenish each others mana/share mana or something like that. But one is the school’s honor student, and the other is the delinquent. Enemies to lovers trope. Extra ridiculous because the classes teach skinship to the students to encourage the mana exchange. It was ongoing when I read it, and it felt like it’d be over within a chapter or two.
