HELP!

Does anyone know the name of the story where like the mc is looking for a flash drive or something for the ml and when the mc finds it he hides it behind a painting. The ml finds it and then cuts the mc off and they stop talking but the ml falls in love with him when he cuts him off but the mc doesn’t want him anymore or something I forgot. Either way in the end the mc gets into a small accident and the ml comes running and confesses and they end up together at the end.
It kinda reminds me of Payback like the art style but I’m not sure if it’s from the same author. It’s for sure a Yaoi but I can’t remember the name ┗( T﹏T )┛
