What's wrong with the list of reading Mine is completely wrong

from what i can tell they’re slowing updating them. My read list has been slowly increasing the past 2 days. Was at 200, yesterday when i checked it was at 400, and now it’s a little over 500. It might be inaccurate bc it’s still updating. Not sure if that’s what you mean by them being completely wrong?

Maybe those are titles you've already forgotten or deleted from your list? Or just a glitch..
