How do I convince my parents to let me get a nose piercing?

Okay chat I'm 16 years old(I'm not sure if its good social security to announce that) and I'm trying to convince my parents to let me get a nose piercing. Mom's argument is that I'm too young and I haven't asked my dad yet, I need some good arguments.

go get it done without their approval. or tell ur mom you can take it out anyway, it won’t leave any scar, it’s one of the most popular piercing, everyone does it

yeah I would really just say it is a piercing that can be taken out if you dont like it. but its also your body they should respect that
