same i just know it's mid, pwp, toxic ml just by looking at the covers and then ignore it even if it's famous/popular or such ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Yup. That’s usually how I start reading something. A cover looks interesting and I’ll click on it, then I’ll check out the sypnosis.
I don’t bother checking for ratings, because there has been many times people have either over sold or under sold stories to me. I rather make up my own mind about something.

I usually don’t read what’s popular most of the time cuz of that
sometimes i see a super cute, well made cover but the story is sub par/mid. which is always disappointing :C but hey thats what you get ig. or, conversely, the cover is a little freaky and im like this is gonna b bad lol BUT THEN ITS NOT!!!!! anyway do you think judging books by their cover is fair? or is it on the creators to take more care in how they advertise their story by the cover?
