The only way to do it as an individual is to email the mangago team with all of the info needed (title, alterntive title, author, genres, etc – everything you see in a manga/manhwa's entry) along with a link to download the files you have; preferably a comprehensive folder with separate chapters and cover image, etc.
This, however, seems to be unreliable as of recently. It seems there is a high chance for the mods to end up ignoring your email. Still, you could try if you want to.

Another way is to simply wait for the title to be ripped from another site onto here, and then upload your chapters after the bot releases.
