They aren't deleted you'll get them back.
don't worry, ppl whose acc were made in 2014 and 2015, as in earlier years, slowly got their reads back.
Currently users who added stuff before November 2022 are getting their reads back. It wont all come back instantly but slowly one by one.

so yeahh it'll take quite some time but you'll get them back.
also once they're back, in case you're looking for ways to save them perhaps in an excel file, I've made a tutorial on how to do it easily and quickly rather than having to enter everything manually one by one, so if you'd like, you can check it out.

there was a server crash or something and a buttload of people lost all of their reading lists, they are slowly coming back tho. the kinda sad part is the reloading of lists is going based on when your account was made so it might be a little bit for yours to come back (made my account in 2015, had ~1000 things in my lists collectively and so far only ~80 are back)
