Bl manga office worker & stalker coworker

Looking for a Japanese bl, it starts off with MC getting screwed by ML stalker while he's "asleep". it's about MC an office worker with glasses who is over worked and too nice at the office so he takes on other people's work load to the point of neglecting himself. His coworker , black haired dude, & ml is literally perfect and takes interest in mc. ML comes over to MCs house and comes in when MC doesn't answer. ML cleans the place up and from there starts to break into MCs home, clean his place up, make him food and at some point starts to have sex with him. Mc is aware of this stalker and doesn't mind, even looks forward to him. Later find out it's actually his coworker when he asks stalker to stay. They end up together.
