no no the bottom is a pretty tan guy who cross dresses and has like white hair an his sister who he takes her placed is named Kiki but ty for the suggestion I'm gonna read it it looks fire!!
So basically the whole plot is that his sister was supposed to marry a scary prince with black hair known for being vicious but she runs away so the brother takes her place and dresses as a girl. He has blonde hair and tanned skin i want to find it!!
