Yes it's ok, you are getting manga back based on the date you marked your manga & if you have rated the manga (although you can get some nonrated manga back as well)

Hello, I know the lists for manga in peoples accounts is being added back slowly.
If I have readded some maga to my “reading” list is that ok?
and will this mess up the process of all my manga going back into the list when fixed?
I saw on an announced that this is ok, but nothing new is showing up yet and I’m getting worried
