If possible, keep a small log of your observations and what you did, such as:
⠀⠀⠀*whether you re-added, edited, or deleted mangas during restoration
⠀⠀⠀*any repeated issues (random logouts, missing notifs, errors, etc.)
⠀⠀⠀*the other specific errors you noticed
Simply put, keep a log of WHAT YOU DID/OBSERVED and WHEN (use GMT or if in your local time, specify your timezone). The more specific your report is, the easier it is for the devs to trace what went wrong. It helps them replicate your actions so they can actually find and fix the problem
Here's an example log:
2026-01-26 9PM: I noticed my list went missing
2026-01-28 2AM: my list is restoring up to 67
2026-01-28 9PM: I added 10 mangas to my Already Read
2026-01-30 6PM: my restored mangas is stuck at 67
2026-01-31 10AM: my list count is increasing again. It restored up to 83
2026-01-31 7PM: I added 3 mangas to my Want to Read
May I ask? Why can't I add new stories to my list? When I just wanted to add a new story to my list, I got a notification saying "sorry, this function is temporarily not working." Is there something wrong with my account or is there another issue? Please answer, thank you~
its exactly what the site says: The function is currently being repaired and is temporarily unavailable. its not an account issue. the feature is disabled for everyone while its being worked on

Can someone explain why in my already read list, there are some manhwas/mangas that ive never read in my entire life like what???? I get that right now its probably bugging a little bit while the lists are coming back but why in gods name are the some that ive never touched its pissing me off （￣へ￣）
