Heyy! There was an issue with the cloudfare and mass users joining the site so things struggled to keep up and the lists poofed for everyone. Good thing is they're able to restore most if not all manga for everyone.
As far as what I read in the FAQs there's a specific order.
Already read > Reading > Want to read
Some users will find their reading or want to read are in the read list now (like in my case.) I'm sure something will be sorted after the initial restoration happens.
Somewhere along that time line, non-rated manga and comments and such will also be restored it's just taking a bit of time. Here's the FAQ for more information, I definitely recommend reading through it and some of the comments too - a lot of questions you have may have already been answered :)

Can Sb explain why I lost all my reading and so on? Will it come back or I have to do sth/ write somewhere, I had more than 300 positions in each so I can’t remember all but I very much need it :(((
