ApparentltThere's a certain order to things

Already read > Reading > Want to read
And somewhere in between those or at the end, the non-rated mangas will also be back as well as your comments.

Some users have found that managa from their 'to read' list is now in the 'already read' list somehow, but rest assured, once the restoration process is over most issues should solve themselves naturally :)

It will take some time, but it has been advised not to mess with the lists too much in case anything goes wrong and your lists are messed up again, and it also makes keeping records of actions taken to your lists harder to keep in case you need to contact support for any reason. ^^
