His twin brother, their is no missing pages though. You probably didn't notice you skipped some chapters if you can't recognize him.
Or pages, it was during the attack of Lukedonia from the traitorous clan leaders that revealed that Rai had a twin brother who he had to kill.
yeah, basically like the other comments said, Rai had a brother before (the brother might have been the noblesse at the time but im not too sure), and basically he ended up using the blood stone and Rai had to take him down :(
