did hurt a lot but not as much i thought it would solid 7/10 pain. I have quite a lot of various cartilage piercings and nips def hurt more than an industrial but I luv them a lot! go for it if u rlly wanna

it depends on your pain tolerance too. i only felt the first nip being pierced tbh and i'd say the pain was like a 5/10. i didn't even notice the second one being done.
