Heya, this is the case for majority of users due to the reading list error, it will be resorted over time. This is the FAQ, have a read through both posts and the comments, there's a lot of answers for any questions and concerns you have :)

But I noticed that all my manga that disappeared just all went to my “read” tab in my saves. Not sure if it’s going to fix itself or if that is the fix. So if anyone still doesn’t see their saved shit maybe check there.
