As saber says, this is normal for a lot of people right now. The process of restoring manga hasn't finished yet, just keep waiting and keep up to date with the updates and FAQs

You isn’t alone :) my all missing mangas go to want to read list too. We can’t touch or transfer these to right place yet. Better wait for them fixing first
My bookmarked manga are coming back but in the wrong section. Instead of reading, they're going into my want to read section. Are they going to fix that eventually?
