Yep, in the story the "incident" is treated as something embarrassing that you need to apologize for. Even the MC friends agree after hearing his story.
The power unbalance is not addressed or shown as problematic (like in every other yaoi story :/)
Actually, they do address it MANY times in this. It’s just shown as non-problematic because ML isn’t the type to get revenge if someone rejects him. He tells MC multiple times that his answers will have no impact on his job at the company. MC also is very hesitant on being with ML (or even sleeping with him) BECAUSE he’s his boss. Idk how you thought it was not addressed.
Funny how you pick one of the only things to nitpick on in this story (him apologizing for ejaculating on ML’s face). Even in other stories, MC is usually embarrassed for coming on ML’s face. It’s not something standalone that this author decided to do. It’s realistic.

Just a valid opinion from someone who read till chapter 5.
I realized I didn't like that part of the contents and dropped the story, that's it. (I also didn't like how they address it)
If you don't have a problem with it and like the story that's fine, no one is saying you shouldn't.
I'm just at chapter 5....but I find it so nonsensical how part of the main plot is the MC APOLOGIZING!!! For ejaculating after he was touched without permission by their boss....... apologizing?!?! For what?!?! How are they telling him that?! When he's not at fault
