bl or straight. the mc is infertile and STAYS infertile, and/or doesn't want kids and DOESNT change their mind at the end. in case of bl, omegaverse works. also, i dont mean stories where they never discussed pregnancy/kids and so they never have them-- i want it brought up (for angst or whatever), but ultimately it would not be necessary for the happy ending!
