... Buddy... What do you think all the mass comments about missing reading lists are about? Everyone's in the same boat as you, don't worry, the devs have thousands of reading lists containing thousands of manga to restore, you'll get yours in time.
Here's the FAQs and some more information.
- first pass = restores all mangas into Already Read (including those originally in Want to Read or Reading), skipping any with metadata conflicts
- second pass = moves the proper Want to Read mangas out of Already Read, and continues restoring the rest of the skipped mangas
- third pass = moves Reading mangas into correct list and keeps filling in anything still missing
- subsequent passes = fix misplaced entries, restore summaries/comments, and apply bug fixes

Don't worry mine are also being restored it is just slow
