Guys, maybe you can explain this logic to me. I see this recurring story about the gallery, but at the very beginning she said she couldn't divorce him until he transferred the gallery to her, and the process was already underway. So what's stopping her from getting a divorce AFTER THE BUILDING TRANSFER PROCESS IS COMPLETE? Why did the path suddenly change from "I'll get a divorce as soon as I get the building" to "I'll never get a divorce"?
From what I know and I am not an expert and feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
Even though the gallery will be transferred to her it will still be marital property. Property acquired during their marriage and was paid for by the bastard. The bastard being at fault can influence the courts decision on division of assets BUT there is no guarantee that Ian will get the gallery.
1/2 also the transfer is not underway. He said he can’t transfer it immediately and will do so after the renovation.
