This is normal for the time being. It's the same for many users, a lot of people are experiencing this. The restoration hasn't competed yet so there's still chance for it to fix. :)

Mine's the same way. Only 80 restored out of 2000. Also, my want to read list is flooded with like 1000 stories even though I only had 100 on it, and I've never interacted with half of them.
I'm assuming things will go back to normal in some weeks. I'd only start to worry in a month
