She's not dumb. She's just worn out and tired. Cheated, used and abused by everyone all her life.
Her frontal lobe didn't develop I think. Acting like she knows ball but actually beating around the bush. This story becomes boring it has been dragging years but no significant development. Too much drama.
I swear she gets dumber and more dumbbell-shaped as the chapters drag on. It's pretty insulting considering she's supposed to be in her 30s.
