This is very normal right now for many users, not just yourself. The restoration and bug fixing process hasn't finished, lists are not expected to be fixed or even remotely perfect right now. :)
Mine is like that too- except I still haven’t gotten all my want to read! Just try to be patient! For the meantime you can create a list on Mangago, that’s what I did
