That's not a recent thing, they've been doing that for 2 - 3 years now. My hero's are the ones that will continue a story that hasn't had an update in over 5 years (continue - not start over). I've deactivated several stories because of re-upload activity.
Some people only read or prefer to read official translations
I cannot wait for that. Especially when they stop uploading the officials when they've moved on to a different story to duplicate.

I've pointed out mistakes in the officials, they are not perfect either.
No one mentioned perfection. I will say tho officials usually have better definition than non-officials. I think if you read from a phone maybe that doesn't really matter. But I don't read from a phone and the difference in definition is noticeable.
To be clear, no one is telling you or trying to convince you to change your mind. We are just telling you that other people who do prefer officials, whether with typos or not, exist. It's really not that deep. It's just a matter of preference.
Yeah but more often than not they give you a clearer understanding of what is taking place. Not all fan translations do that. Like there are some great ones but they are few and far in between. So I like when people take the time to upload the official translations
