I’d read a lot of controversial reviews ages ago, so I kept marinating this manhwa for a long time, but eventually decided to give it a try (even though I usually avoid love triangles and cheating tropes).
I do like the storytelling and the art, but I genuinely don’t understand where this huge beef between JoIan and TJIan shippers is coming from. I do suffer from 2ML syndrome sometimes, but even then, none of the ships here feel convincing to me. I honestly can’t see the MC with anyone. That’s why I really don’t care who ends up being endgame.
I do want to see Jamie dead tho.
Honestly, Profundis hooked me way more emotionally with all those twisted obsessions. Maybe I’m just the weird one.
