take this with grain of salt but rumor says she has problem with the publisher. if she wants to take a rest, she always announce it at the end of the chapter but one day,, fans are waiting for updates (usually around 20th ish of the month) but there's nothing until she suddenly announce for a hiatus. it's been for 2 years oh god i hope she's ok

I keep coming back to see if it’s updated but it never is . Honestly there has been various rumours and speculations going around. The most common one I’ve seen pop up is that there are way too many unofficial scanlations and illegal uploads. Aside from this, apparently the author didn’t approve the anime adaptation or something among those lines. And so I think a lot of shit going on that the author decided to go on a long hiatus.
Another day to check in if there's any news about this work. This is my second favourite after NANA. I really hope we get a continuation sometime and that we don't stay on an endless hiatus.
