Mine has not full come back yet but the ones that are back are under the “I want to read”. I think it might be an error, so let’s just give it a few more days.
As for notes, do you mean the tags?
For those seeing their reading list return, is it back under "Reading" like it should be or under "Already read"?
Will the notes we added return too?
