This is such a refreshing FL. I do hope she reaches her goals, but at the same time, I'm also rooting for the ML.
Not because I feel bad for him per se, but more on his character development. He geniunely wants to see her happy and even thought of becoming a knight in another country should the FL choose to fully devote herself on her cause and study despite him not wanting her to go. He's stupid, but he's not a bad person and genuinely likes FL. Love? Perhaps not there yet-- but he's actually growing on me and for once I actually want the FL and ML to end up together in this kind of premise, but NOT UNTIL FL fulfills her goals and dreams.
Let the man WAIT and idk he can be a busybody supporting her dreams as he waits for her to become ready for a relationship (if she doesn't want a romantic relarionship ever, I do think the ML will stick around still as a friend or someone who supports her).
