He wasnt even yelling tho and what he said was true. He could've said it nicer but they also have shit to get done. Ive worked in environments where feedback was often like this, and its important you dont take it personally. The girl in this instance took it way too personal and got her feelings hurt
No. It's not true. Saying no one will read it because it's in English is false. Yes non English speakers won't read it, and that's a miscommunication about the target population.
And NO ONE should be yelling in a meeting??? Plus you don't have to be yelling to be mean and a asshole.
She got personal cause his remark were personal. Instead of saying it's shitty work you say there's was a miscommunication about the target, and say this will not work and ask for a new one saying it will be more interested if it's in Korean.
That how you give feedback in marketing.
The mc said these people are either college students or job seekers. You expect rookies to work upto a professional level like the ml??
He didn't need to be THAT harsh when mc comforted the girl in just 5 sentences. You don't need to be nice to everyone, but you also don't need to go out of your way to be mean to rookies for making rookie mistakes.
You can just point out the problem and suggest a solution or idea and the meeting would've gone way better than when the ml is being an asshole.

I see a lot of people hating on the ml but honestly hes a good person hes up front and consistent with the Mc which you dont see a whole lot in bls, and not to mention hes actually good at his job. And while he could've been nicer to that girl when giving feedback, you have to be prepared for that kind of feedback. Especially in a proffessional creative setting. Its important to be composed, no matter what kind of feedback you get. And even though it was kinda harsh, he wasnt wrong with what he was saying at all. I really love the ml in this and the relationship he has with the mc. It feels real, like theyre truly trying to get to know eachother on a professional and personal level.
