Acting smug 24/7 gives the impression that he has no respect for mc and makes light of everything that disagrees with his perspective. Giving feedback is important yes, but shitting on people's hard work isn't feedback or "being straightforward". thats called being an asshole!! it actually pissses me off how MC continues to rationalize this behavior and make excuses for him. His character is losing its charm which is disappointing considering how he was in the beginning. I'm genuinely waiting and hoping to see him dump this guy! he deserves a better partner.
