No, mc was already an omega. The ml didn't influence that. The mc's main issues come from the ml deciding to scent the mc after and then hiding it. Also, some of it comes from mc's embarrassment of saying he was going to be alpha when he was young and then not actually being one. That was later though!

Mc can be really petty and rash, but hes not exactly in the wrong for disliking the ml. The ml is the reason he's in the situation in the first place. It impacts his daily life. The ml knew the mc wouldn't like it and he did it anyway. On another note, these unhinged statements coming out of these characters mouths are something lol.
