Some of it, yes. The pill being forced in him. The dog though? Is that something that happened to him from further back? Is there a reason why he feels the only way he can be satisfied is through being "punished "? A reason he has no limits?
there was a dog during the drug/raped incident. the dog also kept barking. hence why he was trigerred at the park, it reminded him of the traumatic incident.
