Actually reminds me of a similar case from a manga where a high school boy saves a cat but got ran over by a truck and instead of getting isekaid like they always do, he woke 15 years later in his "adult" body after a coma. Adult has quotation marks due to the definition of adult becoming skewed in this story. Title is "War of the Adults"
the plot is unique but i can't help but cringe about a teen getting into an adult's body, maybe because it's an actual child's antics in a supposed to be mature setting and it honestly feels like they can't do better.. does it get better??
