I'd say 2. My first language is French and my English is decent. I can also speak Spanish but only at a school level so if you throw me in Spain all by myself I probably would not be able to speak to the people that live there.
3.5ish. English (primary language). Mandarin (I'm fluent regarding listening and talking). Taiwanese (I'm fluent in listening). And Japanese (pretty fluent- struggle with Kanji and vocal words). You can also count French (I can listenish and read pretty well (vocabulary struggle))

2 fluent -English and French- and varying lvls of comprehension in several others -a bit of ASL(American Sign Language) but by no means fluent, toddler lvl Spanish, can understand a bit more German than I can speak, a little Japanese, and a smattering of words in a few others.

6 i guess Fluent at arabic and french and english Korean (know how to write and read ) turkish (understand and know how to read) Japanese (understand about 80% and just learned katakana and hiragana but still finding kanji very hard to understand)
