They said her potential was only 4% so assuming that they measure a person as soon as they awaken, it would mean that because she's already reached her peak potential her rank is F. The other S ranks most likely got a potential of 90% or higher.

The plot lowkey fell off after she got assigned f rank. Like up until now they still haven't explained WHY she got an f rank. Now with the arrival of the blondie, she now has 2 candidates for ml and its kinda giving me the ick. I want my girl to have a friend to talk to without any romance involved and it's probably not gonna happen.(￣∇￣")
