I started reading the novel after the last ch and I realized this manhwa adaptation is not doing him justice he IS a ruthless badasss where I’m reading (I got to the 50’s) like I think the artist added more smut too early I just reread the novel scene and I don’t think I’ll-hyun put it in ?? Or even fully saw what his tattoo was until later. Or at least the MC didnt remember until later. He would always toss and turn at night but it wasn’t bc of the sex it was bc of stress he hated it. The novel talked about him sitting in the tub after a night of bad sleep tossing turningvowing to kill Il-hyun bc of this. It does mention one line having to go to the restroom bc the drug lingered but there was more of an emphasis of being upset this happened than the pleasure :///// which was clearly not adapted well to the manhwa unfortunately

That makes more sense, in this setting at least, shame they didn't follow the source material. I don't mind the smut in early chapters, or in general. It's just here. To me it seems like it would be soo much better if they waited and built a lot more tension, and fleshed out his character more. Now he just seems like a kid who can't control his urges. And on top of it to touch his bottom, if he wasn't doing that before, I feel like he would be creeped out even if the drugs lingered rather then feeling good at that point

Ohhh I remember that the MC was REALLY freaked out when the ML attempted to put it in. He ran off, and just took a shower because the drug was still in his system, but he absolutely did not touch his bottom. He was so traumatised lmao, but he went back later on to try it (because he needed to get close to find the safe in a way that the ML won't be suspicious) but for the money!!! He was like brainwashing himself that it's for the money and he can kill the ML later on anyways.
