The mugos are merging together, and it seems the monster has no idea how to control hormones. So hopefully that isn't gonna be a plot hole
I thought all of them are because they're the same God but they just have different control over their instincts or lack of interest like Glasses Mugo, and Jerk Mugo was the dominant personality so we only saw him during rut.
