Eventually, wizard-bae reveals that he’s in the area and is going to attempt to break Slan out. In the meantime, he has the little boy deliver Slan’s new medicine, one that helps him regain his thoughts and control of his body, all while Lister is putting his gross hands all over him. Eventually, wizard-bae and Slan attempt their escape but are noticed quickly, and Lister yells for Slan, who sees that the guard who looked out for him the most has been thrown from the castle walls and Lister has the bald old man at sword-point. Slan does his best to ignore him, but turns to see that Lister has killed the old man and the little boy who helped him. Basically everyone who served him there. Wizard-bae does his best to console him until their horse can no longer travel. But since Lister’s men are close, wizard-bae tells Slan to run while he stays to fight off Lister’s men.

I just read the new chapter too and i cried bc of the boy my heart is broken bruh this is the first time in years ive cried bc of a manhwa im so shocked and surprised i hate that lister bitch so much

It hits hard because he was always with us. He wasn’t just randomly introduced at Glensburg. And, honestly, I didn’t think Lister was anything but a bratty perv, and I hated Lisbeth more—but since she died, everything she controlled about Lister is escaping, and it’s darker than I imagined.

I hope daddy doesn’t kill him, but Slan, and I hope it’s horrible.

Exactly i knew he was horrible but i thought hes a typical horrible man type of character but nope hes an actual monster
