Yeah right, did you know that Won is actually yong, his mother had him when the rotten already spread which is Seonho is already highschool that time.
Basically he didn't know what's bad and good being surrounded with rotten. so by learning from everyone (human pov especially Seonho) then he understands that it was wrong to had sex with someone who refuses until they want too. *Seonho willing to had sex with him after that* because Won asked for it.
Won started learning human way and he fall for Seonho. He doesn't want to rape but want to win over Seonho heart by being kind like human is.
Basically even rotten has humanity despite being undead. The others literally watch over him so he can guide the poor people to survive like the early chapter despite those people being greedy for place.
