I have the exact same thing. SOOOOOOOOO freaking sad. I've logged out a few times hoping it would be normal when I came back but nothing. The only list that looks right is my "read' list my "want" and "reading" are sooooo depleted. :(
Please someone tell me that not all is lost because since the lists disappeared only one manga has returned and I had about 600 between the three lists
