Been going crazy looking for this one, I barely remember any info so pls bear with me

- the plot is essentially where high society women were collected to compete for something in royalty, I don’t remember if it was for empress position or to become a wife of the king.
- most I remember is that all them women were really smart, and the theme was them fighting in their knowledge in politics etc.
not even sure the characteristics of the MC, but I remember a blonde girl with green dress was the most high standing woman there and she was a bit crazy— in a way she’s not afraid to use underhanded tactics to win. (Tho take this info with a grain of salt, I’ve read so many series that I might have mistook it for another) but the mc is a woman.
not sure if there was cross dressing /tomboy involved
not sure if there was even an ML, I only remember there being women in the story. I don’t even know if it had romance but I only remember the focus was on the women and feminist aspects
definitely a colored manhwa, it’s not a manga or manhua
setting is historical, medieval times.
complete and has many ch from 30 to 80 I think

- I thought it was 101st heroine at first but it’s not that one, but the start was a bit same
- The art style was more rough like crimson karma (or blinded by the setting sun)
- it’s not revolutionary princess Eve as well
- I don’t remember if there’s any action/fighting but most of my memories is just them fighting with words and knowledge
- was completed at most 2021 I think but I can’t be for certain
- unsure if the genre was shoujo or josei, I tried raking through the genre finder.. sadly had no luck
