Ozumi is the super tall and muscular omega from high school who everyone thought was an Alpha before his second gender test came in, similar to Takatora. He's the one Takatora's first Ex hung out with (and they also used to date before he started dating Takatora).
Kameyama broke up with Takatora a few chapters ago cause Takatorawas getting series and really wanted to get married (he even proposed to him), start a family, settle down and have kids, but was trying to compromise on it because Kameyama does not want to have kids, and is at the start of his career. Kameyama realised that they can't both be happy eventually if this relationship were to continue, because they just want different things out of life and relationships, and that's ok, so he dumped Takatora and wished him good luck saying there is someone out there for him and that he's sure Takatora will find the one that's meant to be, and that he's wishing him the best. .

Ozumi was him the guy that always was with takatora's 1 ex? The one with brown hair that didn't talk much? How they end up together?
It is a long story.
Bassicly Takatora ended up meeting him when Kameyama stood him up for a date, and saved him from being harassed by this Alpha, and he was stood up too by his online date, so they when drinking and Ozumi started drunk venting.
Ozumi's family is doing bad financially because it's losing to its new competition, which just so happens to be Takatora's startup. Job hunting has been going bad since he is both shy introverted and an Omega, and marriage prospects aren't going well either. His parents are worried since they both grew up poor and his mom was homeless at one point. He does want to get married, have kids, but because he looks masculine, it isn't going well, and his family is one missed paycheck away from not being able to pay rent, bills ect.
Takatora feels bad for him, but also venting about his relationship with Kameyama, despite them being engaged now. Takatora wants to settle down get married and have kids, but he can't physically have them, and kameyama doesn't want to be pregnant either. So he decides on his own that they could go the surrogate route, and asks Ozumi if he would do it, and offers to pay him a ridiculous amount of money if he'd do that for them.
Ozumi thinks about it for a bit, and then agrees.
The next day, Takatora tells Kameyama about it, and he is furious because he considers paid surrogacy the same as prostitution, and says it's using omega's body like a commodity. Takatora argues that that isn't the same, there are many different reasons why someone would be a surrogate, and both accuse the other of looking down on surrogates, and after a bunch of more argument points, Kameyama breaks up with him.
Takatora takes it hard, and is binge drinking at home while watching soap operas, so his uncle sets him up on a marriage meeting while he is down and out of it, taking advantage of him being down. He kind of coerced Takatora into dressing a bit more omega like, and to act more gentle, ect, and sets him up on a date with a middle aged conservative Alpha politician. The uncle planned to set him up with the Co worker who assaulted him in the office if things didn't go well with the politician.
Takatora left the marriage meeting as soon as Kameyama texted him to meet him. Then Kameyama apologized because they both kind of said some things that are not ok, but also said that the relationship wasn't going to work since they want different things in a relationship.
Still just reacting to everything, his fiance who was his boyfriend of 7 years broke up with him, and his uncle is trying to set him up with an Alpha and managed to coerce him to actually go to a marriage meeting with one and dress in Omega attire and act passive, he is freaking out, and makes a rush decision. He runs to Ozumi's place, tells him he and Kameyama broke up, and asks him to marry him and have kids with him.
Then he rushes inside Ozumi's house and tells his parents that they are getting married before Ozumi can even answer. His parents are overjoyed because they were worried what would happen to him should they lose the home, and since he had been sad that he hasn't found a partner, and is insecure about his appearance, so they are happy thinking he's found a loving partner who can support their son.
Takatora then in private tells Ozumi what's been going on with him, and he's worried right now that his uncle will take advantage of him not being all right, and he'd be stuck for life with an Alpha even though he likes omega. She he told Ozumi that he wants to be with an Omega, get married start have kids and start a family, and ozumi also wants to get married, have kids and start a family, and since he's rich, ozumi and his family won't have to ever worry about being in poverty again. So he asked if he would marry him, so they both can get what they so desperately want, and maybe learn to love each other along the way. Ozumi agrees.
The blind marriage meeting date, the finalizing the breakup and the marriage agreement all happen in the same day I might add.
So Takatora ends his crash out by more binge smoking and a one night stand with his secretary, that ends with him telling the secretary to leave, then having a breakdown about how he feels even sadder now that he fucked the secretary, and how its nothing like when he was with Kageyama because he actually loved him, but the one night stand makes him feel empty. Then he crashes out about how he just proposed and agreed to a loveless marriage.
So to try to salvage everything, Takatora asks Ozumi out on a Shoujo manga like date (ozumi likes that kind of stuff), to try to get to know him, hoping to actually fall for him.
I am not sure if Takatora actually loves him now since some time has passed since that proposal, he did start to think he was cute and his heart skipped a beat, but I don't know if he feels anything more than that about him or not.
Only the next chapter will tell.

I was shocked when you said takatora end up with him, like they are an odd couple but I like those pairs the most, I hope they grew up some feelings together, thanks you so much for answering.
I feel like he is the only one right now that could probably help him and give him good advice, mainly because they do have a lot of similarities in their views despite being on opposing spectrums, just coming from different angles.
So it's not like he'd be getting advice from someone who totally can't see where he is coming from.

I kind of like how Takatora has changed his tune with him since meeting him again after 7 years. In high school he used to be like "man, that Omega is huge and bulky. You look stupid in that outfit, you're more masculine than me". But now, while he is still... uhh... curt, he's just like
"There is nothing wrong with how you look. You think you are too masculine? I think it's fine, it suits you, even the frilly stuff you wear, it's all a part of your charm. Though sometimes I wish I was built like you."
Or
"Plastic surgery and cosmetic reconstructive surgury is stupid and dangerous, don't bother risking yourself just to attract some superficial Alpha. Your face and build are fine, and you shouldn't want to be with anyone who doesn't think so, they can fuck off."
So the newest chapter just came out in Japan and, I can see even more Drama brewing.

Arisaka's plot line.
So it starts off with Arisaka and his boyfriend who is a definite M doing it, and then getting into an argument because Arisaka starts degrading himself in dirty talk, calling himself bassicly "a slut a cum dump" and taunting his boyfriend saying "how does it feel to be dominated by a pathetic omega whos only good for sex" and called himself bassicly a whole meant for breading. The boyfriend stopped, and asked him if he really feels that way about himself, and says he should cherish himself, BUT... then he made the mistake saying "it's can't be all bad being an omega, it's just a gender".
Then Arisaka got angry stating that it's because of his gender he had to run away from home, he was used and treated like a hole by alphas before meeting him, that he can't even leave the house when he wants to because of his heats, and he has to worry about being jumped by alphas when he's out even if he is minding his own business (heat or no heat), and why he couldnt go to college, wont even be hired for most jobs, ect.
So after that night, Arisaka was like "why the fuck did I get angry over that? I know he didn't know any better when he said that, and he didn't mean anything mean by it, but it's like it flipped a switch in me".
That morning before they went to work though, the boyfriend apologized, saying he should have been more considerate, and that he didn't know he went through such things. And Arisaka apologized cause he knew his comment wasn't malicious, it just came from not knowing because those are outside of his experiences.
They kiss and make up.
After they go to work, Arisaka thinks about how his boyfriend is super different then his past ones, especially takatora. Then he sees a news headline about takatora and his company, and remembers him mentioning in high school how he was disowned by his parents, and wanted to get by on his own and start a company without relying on his parents. Arisaka scoffs at the idea, since he had connections and an uncle helping support him, so he wasn't completely on his own. Then he is shocked and laughs at the news headline.
This introduces Takatora's plot line, and it is juicy.

Takatora's plot line
About an hour prior, Takatora is at a black tie dinner to celebrate the board of his company voting to join the cooperation owned by Takatora's parents and brother.
Disgruntled about this, since his parents did disown him and cut him off as soon as he was found to be an omega and he removed his uterus. He voted no to the merger, but the board voted yes, including his uncle.
So right after announcing the merger, Takatora also announced in the next sentence that he is in a same sex relationship with an omega (Ozumi), and he and his partner are having a kid, so he is stepping down as CEO to make time for his actual family.
The board of course knew nothing about this, not even his uncle.
After he steps out of the room, his uncle goes to talk to Takatora about the sudden announcement and resignation. The uncle has a lot to say.
He trys to convince Takatora that his family wanting to merge with his company proves they acknowledge him now, but Takatora is like "I dont want or need to be acknowledge by the people who disowned their own kid. The only reason why this happened was because I was out voted"
Then the uncle says that he "can't belive the guy who didn't want an arranged marriage chose to arrange having a kid, with someone who doesn't even want the family name no less". The uncle mentions how he disapproves of both Takatora's decision, as well as disapproving of Ozumi, stating that it will be seen as weird since they are both omega and they are having a kid.
Takatora doesn't want to hear it, but states in an easy going way that he knew the uncle was going to try to set him up with the guy from the office that SA'ed him since the match maker date with the politician went badly. The uncle admits he was going to do that, stating that he thought they looked like the perfect power couple, being "a tech savy almost androgynous Alpha team leader, with the tall masculine buisness savy Omega ceo".
Takatora then states that's what motivated him to make sure Ozumi got pregnant sooner rather than later, so he isn't put in uncomfortable situations with that guy because his uncle is trying to get them together. Takatora also made that guy CEO upon leaving to get the uncle to shut up about how he should marry the guy.
So Takatora is like, "I made my decision, my partner agreed with it, and that's the only people's who's buisness it is, and I'm happy", and the uncle was like "ok, as long as you're ok with it, I'm ok with it. "
Oh yeah, the uncle also keeps mentioning how Takatora and his brother are a lot like their mother, and something about him looking more like her each day and how he acts like her more and more too, which Takatora really doesn't want to hear.
Anyways, Takatora goes home, and Ozumi is going through it with morning sickness and mood swings. The place is a mess, and he's laying on the sofa in the dark, and he hasn't eaten anything other than cup ramen.
Takatora is of course like "are you ok, what's wrong". Ozumi kicked the housekeeper out because he made him uneasy, and he started cleaning but then felt sick.
Takatora states that they can replace the house keeper since he isn't comfortable with the one they had, but he snaps at him saying he doesn't want another house keeper, then he starts saying demeaning stuff about himself not being able to do anything, and not being able to muster the energy even to leave the house, make a proper meal, clean, or even leave the sofa.
Takatora tries to comfort and reasure Ozumi, but ozumi doesn't receive it well and states that he doesn't belive it because Takatora doesn't even love him.
Still trying to comfort him, Takatora tries to say cutely that he loves him (Daisuki), and that they are family now, and that they both chose to become a family. Dude really is trying to be touchy feely in a cuddly way, but ozumi shakes it off still upset.
Takatora being takatora is panicking because he seems to be making things worse, so he goes to his failsafe...
He suggests that he could reasure him that he likes him but having sex...
Ozumi says "fuck no, that's gross", and then he goes to the bedroom.
Takatora goes to the porch to panic because he doesn't know what to do, his partner is upset and feels sick, and he has no one to talk to for advice. His exes he figured would all mock or yell at him, and he doesn't think his old random hookups from years ago, ot his uncle, would give useful advice.
Then, he sudenly gets a call. It's from Enma, the misandrist Omega from high school, who wants to get in touch with him.
And the chapter ends.
