Tbh there's no grooming involved as well. Ignoring the age difference, both of them are absolutely clueless about what they truly feel for the other. Seme is also just as broken as the uke. In a way the other's companionship is kinda healing both of them. Sure it would have been better if the uke wasn't a minor and and didn't look like a literal middle schooler, though it must be because of his abusive childhood & malnutrition. At least the seme isn't a black flag to uke (he is a black flag to others tho). At most he is a reddish yellow flag.
