need help finding yaoi

its about a guy that gets “reborn”? into an evil landlord who makes his male tenants (seme, tall with black hair who had a son/younger brother that hes taking care of) life hell. after hes reborn he starts cooking for the two of them, and said he will increase the rent so that seme doesnt feel guilty about accepting free food. im p sure the universe was based off of another yaoi, and the landlord was an evil guy who tormented seme before getting killed by a yakuza who falls in love with the seme, but it ends up being a love triangle with the yakuza/gangster!
