Account security??

Did the site go through an update or something? It's been a few days since I logged back in but I went to my homepage to see what I have for my want to read list and it's been completely edited. The works for the past few years that I added to that list has been deleted. My current reading list has also been completely wiped clean too. I'm worried my account's been hacked or smth, did anyone else have this problem with their homepage?? How do I get help for this issue?
