Both ML & MC are in highschool. The MC is poor and live with his grandma. The ML is good at drawing and they both fall in love with each other. However, the ML got into car accident and lost his parents. The ML also has amnesia so he doesn't remember about MC and thought they are just friends. Anyway, later he kinda feel weird because why they are kinda more than friends I think. The MC grandma later on have dementia I think?
